This is the regular FES Summary List. We have added references and comments under the different points as to make it easy to use as reference and Trouble Shooter. 

Once an FES and this summary list is filled in on a case you can directly use it in Programming of Cases.

The purpose of the FES Summary is to provide the C/S with a list of key items he needs to know to properly program a case. It is done when a Bottom Up FES is called for. The Full FES is done or the existing one taken forward to PT. The FES Summary is then filled out by the FESer and it is stapled to the top of the completed FES. Whenever a new FES is done or updated, the summary is also redone or updated.
 
Items on the summary which are important to handle and should be brought to the attention of the C/S are marked or circled in red. The dates when actions were completed or repaired would be filled in on the summary form as well. The C/S can then easily refer to the FES or Folder Summary to get the exact report with details as needed.

Don't take on a high risk pc unless experienced and absolutely positive you can actually get the pc through the program.
Also, pc's with all kinds of ties to hostile groups may be fine today, but later turn on you.

FALSE PTS? WHAT INDICATORS?
"False PTSness means the person displays symptoms of being PTS, but it does not resolve with PTS tech. In this case a number of other factors should be looked into.  Not knowing one's duties, basic skills and responsibilities can play a role. Ignorance of basics for handling life, such as ARC, the comm cycle, handling a confusion, good manners and other things that will cause the environment to come down on the pc. With a pc set fully up for it, including the Sauna handling of drugs and the full battery of Objective processes as described above, this is exactly what the pc will achieve. Sometimes this EP comes about as a sudden resurgence in the pc towards the end of the steps of the Rundown. You may observe a sudden resurgence and pc going from being introverted to extroverted. What has happened is a major shift from pc being parked in drug incidents down his track to coming into present time. The pc may have a big cognition at this point a dial wide F/N and VVGI's. If this should happen you can safely end the whole Recall step at this point.

Symptoms of Out-Int: Headaches, odd body aches and pains. Effort, Pressures from environment. It can also be unwillingness to go into things, down to a physical back-off (claustrophobia). An urge to leave can also sometimes be traced back to Out-Int. The main symptom is high TA at session start or TA up at Examiner after EP at session end. Not all Out-Int cases suffer from high TA, but all who have high TA after lots of auditing should first of all be checked for having been audited past exterior.

These are "Out of Valence" lists, part of GF40X.
 EP: "We have found that a person who is out of valence will experience a remarkable valence shift if he is run on enough items, when run on the LX1, LX2 and LX3 lists (and 220H if needed). In one fashion or another he will comment on this in session. When this happens, it is the end phenomena of Out of Valence processes (the LX items and 220H). It is always attained if enough items are run. Quite ordinary cases are out of valence. If their folder gets too fat you can assume they are out of valence. Perverts, suppressives and critical, snide, ruthless, arrogant or contemptuous personalities are always out of valence. A person who is in treason on the 1st dynamic is always out of valence. The formula for Treason is "Find out who you really are". So it can be used whether GF40, Out of Valence, reads or not. If the folder is fat, you play safe and assess and run LX items until the person has the Valence cognition. Without being coached, a person who is out of valence always has the cognition if he is run on enough items and 220H."
