All the definitions needed to know to receive auditing. Used in session to educate a pc with.

PC Hat
Practical Info for pc's.

Axioms and Auditing
The Axioms are basic truths or laws about life. How they relate to auditing.

 Comm and Auditing
Communication is what makes auditing effective. This chapter explains how the 'Magic of communication' works.

ARC and Scales
ARC=Understanding and life.
About human relationships and how the auditor uses the ARC triangle to ensure results of auditing.

Tone Scale
The tone scale measures level of ARC and predicts behavior. The tone scale expanded. What are sub zero tones? How to determine and raise tone of a person.

More Scales

TRs Remedies
If the student has difficulties there are different remedies, the instructor can use.

Indicators & EP of Processes
You use indicators to determine how well pc is running. Also End Phenomena for unmetered PC's.

Auditing SAL
The Self Analysis Lists can be audited without a Meter. Here are the exact steps to train and drill. Sums up all you need to know.

Time Track Illustrated

How the Meter works
A primer in metering. Briefly how it works. What is Tone Arm Action, a read, an instant read, a floating needle, a false read.

Meter Basics
The Tone Arm and TA action, the sensitivity knob, the needle and the basic reads and what they mean.
How to coach Meter drills. A mini-dictionary with Meter terms.

False TA Check list - Print

Adv. Meter Data
Data, Tips and tricks needed to become an expert on the Meter.

PC Folders and Auditors Admin
About the different records and reports the auditor writes during and after session. It is to give the case supervisor an accurate picture so he can give the right instructions and ensure pc's orderly progress.

How to Fly the Rudiments
The rudiments are: ARC breaks, PT Problems and Missed Withholds. They prevent results if not handled first.

Auditors Code
An in-depth commentary on the Code and the reason behind each clause.

Gross Auditing Errors
Lists the only things the auditor can err in; and the things in pc's, that can prevent progress. Used to analyze unsuccessful auditing.

Styles of Auditing
On level 0 you learn Listen Style and Repetitive Style. There is however a style for each level you should know about.

Auditors Beingness
This is how you put it all together and become a professional. The 'Graduation speech', if you will. It is based on one of the last papers R. Hubbard wrote to auditors.

Drilling Processes
Doll Drills
Used in Practical to drill
exact processes and procedures before doing them in session.

Auditing Basics Drills
The ABs
Drills in basic auditing skills needed in most sessions.  Cover skills, not contained in Meter Drills and TRs, which are essential to successful auditing.

Grade Chart to Clear

The Grade Chart gives you an idea how the different actions taught fit together and in what sequence they are done. Remedies (like Assists and FDS) are not on the chart as they are only done when needed.

Self Analysis Lists
These are the actual processes of SAL. They can be done unmetered. It is an excellent introduction for new auditors to handle live pc's and audit them for real. They are also part of the Recall Grade.

Engram Running,
1950 Style
This is another type of auditing, which can be done without a Meter. Usually it only takes a few days to learn for a ST0 auditor.

Assists
Assists are used to help hurting or ill pc's. They are remedies or first aid. They are unmetered actions. Easy to do but often with great results for the pc.

PC Info Sheet
(White Form)

Interview form that gives the auditor and C/S important info about a beginning PC.

Recall Processes

Grade Zero
Communication Processes

A shot theory behind the processes and how to run them. Then the list of the actual processes run to get the pc to Communication Release.

Comm Processes - Print-0ut

Rehab of Releases

Rehabilitation of lost wins and releases is part Auditors Rights, something the auditor may have to do without C/S instructions. It is also used in the Recall Drug RD as a Major Action.

Drugs, Alcohol & Medicine
Why it is important to handle drugs on a case early on.

Recall Drug Rundown
The Recall Drug RD is designed as a subjective handling of the effects of drugs. As drugs can prevent progress and permanent gains it is usually handled as the first thing on professionally audited pc's.

Word Clearing Intensive
The Word Clearing Intensive ('Method1') is a metered action that clears up earlier studies. It can be done by a ST0 Student.

Print-out of RD

False Data Stripping

An amazing remedy, that can be applied to struggling students to get them winning again. Often used with students having troubles with TRs and application. Can be done with or without a Meter.

Objective Processes
-Theory.

Objective processes are physical drills done with observance of the Auditors Code and other basics.
Objectives are often done as co-auditing as the first audited action. They can be done by beginning auditors not trained in metering. The processes can be done as the Objectives step after the Cleansing RD. Any processes in the line-up that are not done previously, would then be done as part of Grade 1.

Confronting

This was part of theory of TR-0 to 4. Since it basically covers data relevant to problems it is also part of Level 1.

Upper Indoc TRs
These are the TRs 6 to 9. They have to do with control and intention. These are the TRs needed for doing Objective processes.

Help Processes

Why Help Has to be Cleared

Help Processes

Help is addressed in auditing as part of Grade 1. As auditing is a Help activity, the pc has to be willing to accept help. The auditor has to be willing to give honest help freely. Any Help aberration in the auditor or the pc will reflect directly upon the effectiveness and success of the activity. Thus the subject of Help has to be cleared in the pc as well as in the auditor.

Help Process - Print

Problems Processes

Theory

The Problems processes of Grade 1 is what the level works towards. The processes give the pc the ability to confront and handle his problems.

Problems and Solutions

On Grade 1 it is used as part of a process called, 'Problems intensive'.

How to navigate  Road to Clear

1. Using 'Next Page' arrows at the end of each chapter to turn the page. You will find occasionally that the Next Page method does not follow the index exactly.

2. By Index Order. For an in-depth study of the theory it is better to follow the sequence of the index. There are some repetitions that fit in in several places and there are links to special references.

3. By Checksheet Order. For levels 0-4 there are also checksheets which are basic study programs of theory and drills for each level. The theory and practical is put together in an instructive and streamlined mix.
Following any of these three methods will work. An in-depth theory study would use the order given in the index. When studying with co-auditing in mind the checksheet order is the method to use.
