 EXPANDED GREEN FORM 40 (GF 40X)

The Expanded Green Form 40 with the Resistive Cases Assessment is used on a resistive case to locate and solve the reasons for its resistiveness.
 
The pre-assessment list of  'Resistive Cases' is the same that is included on the GF. It will direct the auditor to the type of the pc's resistiveness. Further Assessment is then done in the corresponding section of the Expanded Green Form 40. The handlings are given there for what is found.
 
This list provides a fast and direct method for solving resistive cases.
 
The handlings can also be used without Meter Assessment when folder studies, interviews, etc. reveal any of the conditions listed. If you have clear evidence of pc is 'Overwhelmed' it is pointless to depend on the Meter before it is taken up. Thus GF40X is also a resource for case analysis and programming based on folder study.

 
Resistive Cases Pre-assessment
 If this Assessment has just been done on the Green Form No. 40 question, it is not repeated. Go right into the Expanded Green Form 40 Assessments.
 
Assess Method 5 the following resistive cases. If any item reads, go to its corresponding section on the Expanded Green Form 40 and assess Method 5 all the items in that section. Assess the section on the Expanded Green Form 40 that corresponds to each reading item.
 
When all sections corresponding to the reading resistive cases items are assessed you will have a full picture of the pc's resistiveness.
 
Then, if you have C/S okay, take up each reading section on the GF 40X in the order in which they are listed below and handle reads per the instructions given. Otherwise, return to the C/S for programming.

Taking a GF 40X to an F/Ning List
The GF 40X can be taken to an F/Ning list. It is done in this fashion.
Do the first Assessment of Resistive Cases Pre-assessment. 
Do the GF 40X Assessment for each reading line and handle.
Then reassess the Resistive Cases pre-assessment.
Handle lines now reading by assessing GF 40X and do the handlings.
Repeat the above, until the Resistive Cases Pre-assessment list is F/N's when assessed.
