THE BENEFITS OF INDICATOR TECH

Indicator Tech validates the knowingness of the Being - the Being that already knows the Final Indication - and differentiates the Being's knowingness from the mental processes that come up with each Expression. In this way, the Being - the Higher Self - is discovered and recognised. This results in a gradually increasing differentiation or exteriorisation from the body-mind.

Each Expression seems valid enough to the mind - hence the Expression emerges - but the Being knows it to be only apparently True (there's more to it, something's being negated), or to be apparently False (an alteration, one needs to look in other direction for the truth) or to be Imprinted (it is not one's own consideration, evaluation or opinion - so there is negation of one's own view and an acceptance of an alteration of what one knows to be true). The alteration and negation cause the Biofeedback Monitor to read. Only when the final Expression does not read has the mind duplicated the knowingness of the Being and a Truth is perceived, representing the best awareness of the Being at the present time.

In this way the Higher Self - the Being that knows - is revealed.

Indicator Tech is the core of Meta-Programming. All the procedures are simply ways to get new Items (subjects to view) and new viewpoints of the case on which to hang Indicator Tech. One should never cut the process short or resent doing another cycle of Indicator Tech to 'get on with' the originating procedure - the Indicator Tech is the 'raison d'être' of the procedure.

The only thing that can foil Indicator Tech is a refusal to let go of the analytical, verbal mind and to let the intuitive non-verbal mind speak through and thereby to access the knowingness of the Being. This occurs when pet theories and dogma are clung onto, despite reading True and False buttons, so that then the needle tightens, the BP rises and the session comes to a halt. Total honesty and openness is required for Indicator Tech to flow properly and reach the deeply held truth.

Always express your feeling - put it into words for the purpose of the session notes, but feel the feeling each time when you check the Indicator buttons. And be willing to express your intuition in the form of a symbol or explanatory diagram if that is how it comes to you.

The result of Indicator Tech properly done is always increased awareness, responsibility and confront. The first Expression of a cycle of Indicator Tech is often a viewpoint that is at effect, complaining, justifying or blaming; further Expressions are Conditional Expressions (still containing alteration or negation) that are still not true enough for the charge to erase; and finally there is a clear Expression that is a realisation of one's causative responsibility, a realisation of Truth.

At this stage, one does not look further into the matter when an Expression reads as Imprinted, but by indicating that the Expression is Imprinted, this differentiates the Being from another's idea that previously put him at effect by virtue of his identifying with it - misowning it - and so this too raises awareness, responsibility and confront.

Important Note:
The meter combined with Indicator Tech shows where there is charge on the rightness, wrongness or imprintedness or misownership of an idea, not whether the idea is implicitly a truth or not. That comes from knowingness and is relative to the current degree of awareness, responsibility and confront. To use Indicator Tech to prove out ideas is a misuse; it is intended to reveal and clear charge, it is not an intellectual exercise, and we explicitly warn against this misuse. If the Expression or source item is not charged, the meter reads on Indicator buttons may only correspond to intellectual arousal, or there may be charge on associated items and ideas, but the connections are too vague from which to make any clear indication.

Clearing a cognitive read corresponding to, e.g. "Yes" or "No!" or "This is an interesting idea", rather than a charged one, does not lead to the revealing of suppressed truth, only to more intellectualisation. A cognitive read can be big (corresponding to one's intention) and P/N - the point is it's not a reactive read, it's a causative one.

So you need to be wary of applying Indicator Tech and pulling intellectualisations from a non-reading Expression, because the fact that it's non-reading means that the charge behind it is inaccessible.

If a realisation occurs at any time during the running of Indicator Tech, if this reads on the meter (use Suppress buttons if necessary) then it becomes a new Expression and should be further cleaned by Indicator Tech - it may not read further on Indicator Tech buttons in which case it can be Indicated as Truth.

One needs to understand the limitations of the meter as a validator of data. The meter just points the way. Your own knowingness, unencumbered with mental filters (your own or others'), is the source of truth.

Doing Indicator Tech is like clearing layers of grease off a window. Sometimes it takes several attempts until you see clearly through to the other side. At any time your truth is your degree of awareness, responsibility and confront. Expect to revisit some issues repeatedly - you'll know when the window is truly clean!

Questions About Using Indicator Tech

(If you have questions about applying this tech, please email me.)

Q: If something comes to mind this is called an Expression and one tries that on the meter by calling it out loud and seeing if the meter gives a Fall.

A: In practice, since you are already on the meter, you tend to notice the read as you originally come up with the Expression, so there's no need to further check it for read. But if you didn't spot this, you do need to check if it reads...

Q: If no Fall occurs I move to the nudge buttons and say to myself: "In regards to (Expression) is there more to this?" - and see if there is a Fall. If nothing arises I say to myself, "In regards to (Expression) is something being suppressed?", and if again there is no response I would ask, "In regards to (Expression) is something being invalidated?" I'm not sure what I am asking myself about the Expression when I am asking about "invalidation". Does this mean I am not paying enough attention to the item? Does this mean I won't confront the item because to do so would be too great of a challenge to my current set of beliefs? I suppose I better know what I am asking before I ask!

A: 'Invalidated' means something is being made nothing of. You're looking at what's attached to the Expression, which makes up the charge. For example, you have a feeling attached to the Expression and you think, "That's not it, that's not important or significant enough to look at further".

Q: Finally, if this does not create a reading Expression I ask, "In regards to (Expression) is something unacknowledged?". Again what am I asking myself about "unacknowledgement". Am I saying that I am resisting the possibility that this item could be charged (ie my reactive mind doesn't think this is important even though my subconscious does)?

A: More like your analytical mind doesn't think it's important even though your subconscious/reactive mind does. And that's invalidation. Unacknowledged refers to something that you don't think is relevant though you know it's there.

Q: What if one just gets a Tick, or sees a Rise in response to an Expression?

A: If there's a Tick, that may be enough to work on, if recognising the Tick triggers some material to come up. So the meter helps as biofeedback. A Rise means whatever is attached is not accessible as it is being backed off from - nevertheless, if you spot the Rise that in itself might be enough to get you to confront that charge and then it may Fall, in which case you go ahead. In practice, Indicator Tech works quickly - you want what comes up immediately, not to ponder or think about it.

Q: If the Expression causes a Fall on the meter it goes on to Indicator. One does Indicator by saying or thinking to oneself, "In regards to 'the original Item', the 'Expression' is True?" If there is no Fall on the meter one says to oneself, "In regards to 'the original item', the 'Expression' is False?" Again if there is no response one says to oneself, "In regards to 'the original item', the 'Expression' is Imprinted?"

A: You don't need to say "In regards to..." after the first button, True - just "False?" is enough, then "Imprinted?", then "On True, is anthing being Suppressed?", etc.

Q: It is amazing to me that the subconscious would interpret or figure out that something is imprinted, but I will take your word for it!

A: Yes, YOU - the Being - knows if something is imprinted, i.e. it's not your own knowingness, it's mental content that is in some way misowned, and that conflict causes charge that reads on the meter.

Q: If there is no Fall then one says to oneself, "In regards to 'the original item', the 'expression' is true, but suppressed."

A: No, you say, "On True, is anything being Suppressed?"

Q: I assume this means that the reactive mind will not allow the truth or the charge of truth into the conscious mind. Please advise if this is not the correct definition.

A: No. If it reads on 'True (is anthing being) Suppressed?', it means there is suppressed charge about that being true, not that it necessarily is true.

Q: The Expression is called through all nine Indicator buttons in this way in this order. If there are no responses one then says, "In regard to (my way of saying 'On...') 'original item', 'Expression is a Truth!" If a true or false button appears (and the method is the same if it is true or false, suppressed or invalidated), one pauses and looks for an Expression and proceeds as before for an Expression, running it on Indicator if it has charge and using the nudge buttons if it does not.

A: When you can't get an Expression to read whilst cleaning the Indicator buttons, even with nudge buttons, it's best to go back to the True or False button and check it again for a read, using the full 'In regard to..." and go from there. Sometimes the charge just blows on inspection, i.e. you 'get it' instantly and there's no more to be done, in which case there is probably a P/N.

Q: Also when you say, "If you stall on Indicator Tech. and your needle goes dirty, ask..." Do you mean, if you cannot get any Expressions out of the true or false buttons?

A: No, a 'dirty needle' means if you get lots of jerky reads, that just continue ad lib, i.e. there's some conflict going on subconsciously and maybe consciously too.

Q: I don't know what you mean by a simple "No!"postulate.

A: If I say to you, "You're a child molester", you're likely going to say "No, bullshit!" That's a "No!" postulate. If I say, "You're a good person", you're likely to think, "Yes!" - that's a "Yes!" postulate. A postulate is putting something there with intention, and these things read on the meter.

Your knowingness is always senior to the meter.
