From Geoffrey Filbert's: Excalibur Revisited. Chapter on OT Level 2.

Geoffrey Filbert worked directly under Ron Hubbard in the 1960s and 1970s. He left however the organization around 1979 or 1980. He then worked as an independent practitioner. In 1982 he published the book 'Excalibur Revisited, The Akashik Book of Truth'. It covers all of Ron Hubbard's technology as it existed at the time and have, especially towards the end, several chapters on Mr. Filbert's own research.

Geoffrey Filbert developed this process for use at the Pre-OT I Level. It is proprietary to his lineup. It is, Like Mr. Hubbard's 1968 version of OT I, an extroverting process, a reorientation of the Clear person in the objective physical universe - the MEST Universe.

The processes are simply to spot the following list of things, each repetitively to EP:

Spot/Look at Matter
Spot/Look at Energy
Spot/Look at Space
Spot/Look at Time
Spot/Look at MEST combined
Spot/Look at an animal
Spot/Look at a person
Spot/Look at an object
Spot/Look at self
Spot/Look at another's universe
Spot/Look at what you are doing
Spot/Look at what another is doing

By doing these, they have attained the state of freedom from the inability to identify self in relation to others, and the physical universe. They have gained the ability to be extroverted, and attained the awareness of oneself as a Thetan in relation to others and the physical universe. So, they attest to that and you go on to OT II.
